Our 30 engineers use English to communicate with clients. With an average of 10 years of experience, they design five to eight new products per month and can tailor new products according to customers' requirements. Our new product development lead time is four weeks.
We have a factory covering an area of 28,000 square meters with over 300 personnel. Operating 77 production lines fitted with special equipment such as SMT machines, reflow soldering-bonding machines, sub-capacity cabinets, aging cabinets, multifunction testing machines, salt spray testers, high temperature test cabinets and vibration analyzers from Yamaha and Sanyo, we turn out 500,000 units monthly and around 70 percent of which are exported worldwide, particularly in North America, Europe and Asia. To offer flexibility, we have no MOQ requirement. Delivery lead time takes 12 to 30 days.
Our 30 QC staff have 10 years of working experience in this field and we assign two of them to oversee each production line. To control quality, we source materials from 83 suppliers. Consequently, our products are compliant with CE, FCC and RoHS standards and they have a guarantee period of one year.
